From a Village Dreamer to a National Voice of Inspiration
Born in the quiet village of Dhanauti in Gopalganj district, Bihar, Sandeep Kumar’s beginnings were humble, but his dreams knew no boundaries. In 1995, His education took root in the historic land of Vaishali district, where he studied at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) Vaishali—a place that would shape his character and ambitions.
The green campus, vibrant hostels, spirited classroom debates, and morning assemblies echoing with the Navodaya Pledge instilled in him discipline, teamwork, and the value of unity in diversity. At JNV, he learned that success is not defined by one’s background—it’s built through determination and a willingness to learn from every experience.
Turning Distance into Determination
After his schooling at JNV Vaishali, Sandeep’s higher education journey was unconventional yet powerful. Through distance learning, he pursued studies in English Literature and History—proving that the mode of education is never a limitation when fueled by passion and perseverance.
Literature gave him the power to inspire; History gave him the perspective to guide. His journey stands as living proof that even from a small village and through distance education, one can create history in their career.
The Teacher Who Transforms Lives
Since 2013, Sandeep has taught in cities across India—Delhi, Gurgaon, Allahabad, Guwahati, Silchar, and the serene hills of Arunachal Pradesh. His teaching transforms complex UPSC topics like Economics, Environment, Polity, and History into relatable life lessons.
For many students, his classes are more than preparation for an exam—they are preparation for life.
He began his UPSC teaching journey at Aadhar IAS, Mukherjee Nagar, New Delhi. From there, He moved on to Vision India, Rajendra Nagar, followed by A.A. Shah’s Institute in Mumbai. His teaching experience further expanded across the Northeast at Knowledge Zone, Itanagar; Institute of Basic Education, Itanagar; Laurel Classes, Nirjuli; Mishra Academy, Itanagar; and Vision Institute, Itanagar. He has also been associated with reputed institutions like Chanakya IAS Academy, Allahabad, and Chanakya IAS Academy, Gurgaon, enriching the learning experience of aspirants across different regions of India.

Sandeep is a motivational speaker certified by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh and the Vice Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University—a rare recognition that reflects his ability to inspire change.

Trainer of Teachers & Career Mentor
Sandeep is a Teacher Trainer on the National Education Policy (NEP), having conducted impactful training sessions for educators at Vyasa School and JRS School in Hyderabad, JNK School in Itanagar, and GD Goenka School in Agra (Career Guidance Program).
As a resource person, he has been invited to share his expertise with some of India’s most respected institutions, including:
- Multiple departments at Banaras Hindu University (BHU), including the Institute of Medical Sciences
- University of Delhi( PGDAV College)

In addition, he has conducted five high-impact POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training programs for institutions under the Ministry of Culture, including the National Archives of India, Government of India—empowering professionals to create respectful, inclusive workplaces.

Sandeep’s influence extends to print media, with his articles being published in "The Arunachal Information", the weekly newspaper released by the Department of Information & Public Relations (DIPR), Government of Arunachal Pradesh. Through these writings, he inspires readers with his insights on leadership, education, and personal growth.
Building Futures – Sandeep IAS Academy
In the last four years, he founded Sandeep IAS Academy, offering live online classes nationwide. Built on trust, results, and ethics, the academy’s mission is to create capable, compassionate, and courageous administrators who will serve the nation with integrity.
The Author’s Voice – Reaching Thousands Beyond the Classroom
Sandeep’s vision for education has always extended beyond lectures. His pen became his second classroom, and through it, he reached thousands more.

A work that blends personal insight with universal truths, this book was launched by Nabam Tuki, then Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, alongside Prof. Saket Kushwaha, Vice Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University. The Government of Arunachal Pradesh recognized it as a valuable contribution to youth motivation.

Crafted specifically for UPSC & State PCS aspirants, this book brings together years of teaching experience in a structured, exam-focused format. It was launched by Awadesh Narayan Singh, Chairman of the Bihar Legislative Council, in the very premises of the Council—an apt setting for a work that aims to shape future policymakers.

Sandeep’s present work is as ambitious as his past achievements:
- Official Autobiographer of former Arunachal Pradesh CM Nabam Tuki - capturing his political journey, leadership lessons, and service to the people.
- Co-Author of The First Line: How to Lead, Inspire & Deliver in Field Policing with Manoj Kumar, IPS, DIG, Koshi Range, Bihar—a book aiming to redefine leadership in policing.
