NAVOTSAV-2025 : UP State Navodaya Alumni Open Meet (Lucknow Mandal)

Ambedkar Auditorium, Dr. RML National Law University, Lucknow - 21 September 2025

A larger, stronger coming-together of Navodayans in U.P.

Navodayans across Uttar Pradesh are gearing up for NAVOTSAV-2025 - the UP State Navodaya Alumni Open Meet - scheduled for Sunday, 21 September 2025 at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Auditorium, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University (RMLNLU), Lucknow . This one-day convergence is designed to re-energize the alumni network, strengthen mentoring and career support systems, celebrate professional achievements, and put forward concrete plans to support current JNV students and alumni initiatives.

Last year’s Navotsav in Greater Noida attracted four thousands of alumni and established a format that balanced networking, inspiration and tangible alumni-led interventions; NAVOTSAV-2025 adopts that same spirit and aims to build further on the momentum. (navodayasangam.com)

Event snapshot

Objectives - what NAVOTSAV-2025 aims to accomplish

  1. Strengthen the state alumni network — create working groups for mentorship, jobs, entrepreneurship and education support.
  2. Showcase alumni achievement — spotlight Navodayans from diverse fields (administration, judiciary, armed forces, corporate, medicine, education, startups).
  3. Create career & entrepreneurial pathways — job fair and business exhibition to connect employers and talent within the community.
  4. Mobilize resources for JNV students — scholarships, internships and capacity-building programs to bridge rural-urban opportunity gaps.
  5. Promote social responsibility — launch local community initiatives with measurable outcomes (health camps, digital classrooms, library drives).

These goals mirror the approach used at the previous Navotsav, where the dual focus on celebration and concrete interventions produced durable alumni collaborations.

Committees and how the program is being delivered

NAVOTSAV-2025 is being executed through dedicated committees, each staffed by local alumni volunteers and overseen by the Lucknow Mandal organizing team:

  • Organising & Coordination Committee — venue, logistics and on-ground operations

  • Finance & Sponsorship Committee — manages funding, transparency and donor relations
  • Cultural & Media Committee — publicity, social media, photography and live streaming
  • Accommodation & Travel Committee — traveller support and partner hotels for outstation alumni

If you wish to volunteer for a committee or host a talent/business stall at the Job Fair & Expo, please indicate interest in the registration form or contact the organizing team directly.
