After excelling in academics, Kiran graduated in 2005. While many of his peers were drawn toward traditional corporate careers, Kiran took a different route—one driven by curiosity, risk-taking, and an insatiable hunger for financial mastery.

Instead of jumping into the IT industry, Kiran immersed himself in self-education about financial markets, stock trading, and wealth creation.

In 2012, Kiran made a daring decision—he left his hometown and moved to Hyderabad with empty pockets but a wealth of financial knowledge.
Most people would have hesitated. But Kiran saw an opportunity where others saw uncertainty. Armed with confidence, determination, and his deep understanding of business and technology, he laid the foundation of his entrepreneurial journey.
That same year, he founded Innomax IT Solutions, a company that would soon make a mark in the IT sector, providing cutting-edge solutions to major industries like BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance).

Recognizing the massive skill gap in India, Kiran saw a pressing need to equip young professionals—especially from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities—with industry-relevant skills.
Under his leadership, Innomax IT Solutions expanded its operations into Skill Development, launching programs across India in IT, BFSI, Healthcare, and Hospitality.
