She often attributes her success to the encouragement of Maharaj Kishan Mattoo, the principal of JNV Gwalior at the time. His unwavering belief in her capabilities inspired Jyoti to dream big and work tirelessly to achieve those dreams. For Dr. Jyoti, her batchmates and the Navodaya family have always been her strongest support system, helping her overcome every challenge. 💙

The Journey to Medicine: A Dream Takes Flight 🎓⚕️

Dr. Jyoti’s ambition to serve as a medical professional led her to pursue MBBS at Gajra Raja Medical College (GRMC), Gwalior (2003-2009). With a passion for pediatrics, she began her journey in postgraduate studies, enrolling in MD Pediatrics at Shyam Shah Medical College (SSMC), Rewa in 2010. However, fate had other plans.

Her academic excellence and determination led her to crack the prestigious UPSC-CMS 2010 (Union Public Service Commission Combined Medical Services Examination). In 2011, she was appointed as an Assistant Doctor in the Indian Ordnance Factory Health Services, Kanpur, marking the beginning of her impactful career in public health.

Currently serving as the Principal Medical Officer at the Indian Ordnance Factory in Kanpur, Dr. Jyoti’s career is a testament to her dedication to patient care and administrative excellence. Her role involves managing critical health services for factory employees and their families while ensuring the delivery of top-notch medical care.

Known for her compassionate approach and professional integrity, Dr. Jyoti has become a trusted figure in her field. Her work extends beyond her immediate duties, as she actively mentors young doctors and promotes holistic health practices within her community.

Her husband, got selected for the post of Tehsildar in Rajasthan Government, but made the bold decision to not to join his prestigious government job to support her career. Now working as an independent consultant, he ensures that Dr. Jyoti can focus on her demanding profession while also being a loving mother to their two children. Their partnership is a beautiful testament to shared dreams and mutual respect, a modern example of how true success is built on teamwork and understanding. 💕
